Bridge to Biotechnology Summer Workshop
WHAT: Moorpark College is offering a four-day Bridge to Biotechnology workshop from Monday, June 23 - Thursday, June 26 from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Students can earn .5 college credit for only $16. This is an opportunity for students to explore the biotech field and offers a mixture of lectures on in-field techniques (30%), and hands-on lab work (70%).
WHO: This program is geared toward 9th – 11th graders. Space is limited to only 28 students!

EPIC Summer Engineering Program at CAL POLY San Luis Obispo
WHAT: The College of Engineering’s mission for the EPIC Summer camp is to educate students for careers of service, leadership and distinction in engineering or other fields by using a Learn by Doing, hands-on approach. Grades 7-12 students can apply.
At EPIC, you’ll explore the world of engineering in hands-on labs that introduce you to the many different fields of engineering:
• Aerospace • Civil • Environmental • Materials
• Architectural • Computer • Industrial • Mechanical
• Biomedical • Electrical • Manufacturing • Software
